Virgo Lunar Eclipse
There is an upcoming Virgo lunar eclipse on March 3. Since this eclipse will be in conjunction with a full moon, the collective will be purging. Themes related to health, wellness, work, productivity, or pets will be important.
As someone who is currently impacted by health issues, I am eager to release any limitations preventing me from accessing quality healthcare. The healthcare system in the US is inaccessible to many people, especially those who are low-income. Even when you do manage to access health services, it is easy to experience medical sexism or racism.
Systemic factors that prevent access to quality healthcare impact your overall quality of life. While eating healthy, getting enough sleep, and engaging in holistic wellness are helpful practices to maintain health, they are not always enough. As a result, we must collectively work towards a world where healthcare as a basic need is free for everyone.
This eclipse energy is great for letting go of the current reality we are being subjected to. It requires unpacking the limited mindset that health services, whether medical, dental, optical, or mental, should be priced.
Our health is our greatest wealth. Until we genuinely believe we shouldn’t have to work extra hours or do community fundraising to pay medical bills, our collective wellness will keep suffering. What would access to free health services mean for you?
Work is another big theme that I plan on reflecting upon during this eclipse. What exactly does it look like to get paid doing what I love? What does emotional fulfillment in my workspace feel like? How can my creative and spiritual gifts sustain me?
The South Node, which has to do with past life energy, is currently in the sign of Virgo. Therefore, I am releasing any limited mindsets from my past life surrounding money. I am refusing to bring that energy into this lifetime. I am worthy of fulfilling work that ignites my creative life force energy.
