It’s Eclipse Season!

We are currently in eclipse season! September will bring forth a lunar eclipse on the 7th and a solar eclipse on the 21st. Eclipses are known for fated life changes that are transformational and lead to necessary growth.

The lunar eclipse will occur during a full moon in the sign of Pisces. As the last sign of the zodiac, Pisces is known for transcendence, the spirit realm, dreams, mental health, addictions, and sacrifice. Therefore, this eclipse will be purging any toxic behaviors or relationships surrounding those themes.

In addition to the moon being in Pisces, Saturn will also be in the sign of Pisces. Saturn rules restrictions, boundaries, karma, and responsibility. These Saturnian themes will also be highlighted to bring structure and accountability to the released toxic Piscean traits. Some notable unhealthy Piscean traits are a lack of boundaries, being delusional, self-sacrificial, and over-indulgent in substances (sex, drugs, money, food)  as a way to cope.

The solar eclipse will occur during a new moon in the sign of Virgo. It is currently Virgo season, so both the sun and moon will be in the same sign. New moons bring new beginnings, so this eclipse will bring forth new changes. Virgo is known for your physical health, daily routines, pets, work life, and productivity. As a result, this eclipse will bring fresh beginnings regarding those themes.

This eclipse season will require purging the old to usher in the new. Whatever your highest version looks like, these eclipses will force you to release or reflect on what is no longer serving you. Until that occurs, you will not be able to sustain new changes that align with your soul. Take advantage of this eclipse season by looking at where both Virgo and Pisces are located in your birth chart. The houses where these signs are located are the areas of life that will be highlighted for you!
